Step 1: Register yourself by supplying basic information through http://gaestate.in/registration_new_mutation.php

Step 2: After successful registration you will get a SMS with your login details and you will be redirected to a registration success page.Then click on login link from above menu and then click on the Mutation Applicant button for login with your login details.

Step 3: Now you can enter data in applicant details,property details and Details of Registered Lease Deed.After entering data click on submit button and take a printout to give it to faciliation center with signature.

Step 4: Now Update your Photograph by clicking on the My Profile menu present on the left menu. Here you can upload a scanned passport size photograph

Step 5: After updating your photograph correct your personal data if any wrong entry at the time of registration.
